In 2017, Delaware’s General Assembly created Delaware Prosperity Partnership (DPP) to serve as the state’s lead resource to attract, retain, and grow business in Delaware. We are committed to building a stronger entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem and supporting Delaware private employers in identifying, recruiting and developing world-class talent. As a public-private partnership, DPP partners with relevant stakeholders, including economic development groups, chambers of commerce and other community-based resources.
